SEN physical training
Individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN) often encounter challenges in physical abilities due to early developmental issues. Innate skills such as coordination, balance, and body awareness can be particularly difficult for them. These difficulties can hinder their ability to develop movement skills, ultimately affecting their self-esteem and diminishing their interest in physical activities over time.

Through tailored physical training, we can effectively help SEN individuals improve their physical abilities and regain their interest and confidence in sports. Additionally, engaging in physical activity can stimulate the brain, enhance learning capabilities, attention span and emotional stability.
